Biscuit is covered in lipomaswhich are essentially fatty lumps that develop on older dogs. The breath is pretty much par for the course when they get into double figures.
The advice we got from the vet is that as long as they have at least half an hour of fun a day, they're doing okay.

The breath has got a lot worse this last weekyou can smell it when you walk in the room. It's pretty unpleasant.
