My brother in law makes his own version which is excellent. I should ask him for his recipe.

Was really good actually, I had forgotten all about that.

nah, i just freestyle
flour, salt, pepper, chlli powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, celery salt, dried herbs (oregano, majoram, sage, basicl etc)garlic powder whatever bruv it's all good, just mix some or all of the above in.

also i shallow fry until crsip and then finish in the oven, slightly healthier
