I smoked for nearly 20 years and just gave up.No gum, no patches. Just stopped. I still think they smell lovely but if I have a cig when pissed it just tastes awful.
The weirdest thing now is smoking weed when I'm dingered.

Lol, it is essentially 'just stop, never smoke again you don't need it'. Which is why the drunken odd tab went into proper smoking. It wasn't hard giving up really but I do kind of enjoy it. I smoke rollies; tailor made's taste like shit.
The reason I don't buy these electric things or patches is because it's just replacement. If you want to give up you will. Giving up for someone else or doing it half-arsed is pointless. You need to want to.
