Started shopping at Aldi,
Tell you what, it's alright. Apart from being full of scum.
Wouldn't want to buy everything there, but for veg and bread and eggs and bits, it's fine.
Also, they seem to have a fair bit of Ok bottles of ale at a pound a go.

Alt: clothes. Always buy decent clothes.

Aldi steaks are fan-frickin-tastic.
Better than any others I've bought anywhere, including local butchers/farmshops/specialist meat outlets(fnaar).
Try them, you'll not be disappointed.

I will fly the Aldi flag.
Never for sauces and ready things though. Fresh produce and ingredients for cooking.
Herbs etc are well cheap.
