RAF Plod used to have a team of about 8, ALL using their mobiles.And they STILL used to come in the bottom couple of teams.

I've said it before, if the population saw some of the 'japes' and 'hijinks' that go on in most Officers' Messes, at taxpayer subsidised prices, by the chinless wonders in the hands of whom the freedom of The West is supposed to be safely resting they'd be signing up to join the Taliban.
