i must admit, i did because it was RIGHT OUTSIDE MY FLAT
it was dark, windy, pissing it down with rain, and if you don't grab spaces on my road, you can be driving around for a while. and the council are so cheap with the zones, there's like 3 streets you can park on.

but yeah. mostly because lazy. and moronic.
