go a bit further south into Beeston, it'll open your eyes
or anywhere on the east side, pretty much the whole of it is a shit-tip

there are loads of parks that are dodgy at night-time, but Cross Flatts Park in Beeston is the only park where I felt unsafe walking around in broad daylight
