To be fairWith regard to the 3rd world countries it is a slightly different situation, they have many children as a lot die during the early years so by having many kids they can ensure the bloodline.

on the off chance they are secretly aristocrasy?What annoys me more is the world leaders, even megastars have enough money to stop poverty without making a tiny dent in their banks.
Also, their Governments are more corrupt than ours so any help rarely reaches them.
It's a fucked up world and no mistake.
