We have an understanding in our office whereby coming in late, leaving early are acceptedas we work so many out of hours jobs in a month. Loving two hour pub lunches

Yeah I get left to my own devices, but tend to be in the office by 8am at the latest Or on the train/ road by 6 if out at clients
