I do have to add here that my lamb stew was fucking beaut!I couldn't have reheated though as it was slow cooked for about 10 hours!

Did you add a roux to thicken the sauce? Half a bottle of Nero d'Avola and some chestnut mushrooms for the last 30 minutes? I DIDN'T THINK SO.
