One of these Xmases I might actually make it to the cheese and biscuits on Xmas day..and my hummus wont be out of date by the time we get around to it. (HUMMUS WOES!!! :((((((()

yep, soup, starter, main then it's "..oh we'll have a wee rest and have more in a bit..."pudding, irish coffees, cheese and biscuits and mints always seems a bit optimistic but you've got to be prepared.
