Its overtake envy
that's why, many years ago I had a car I loved (an old colt with a separate overdrive gearstick) but as I overtook an old prick in a bmw he actually swerved towards me meaning I had to bale at about 90 onto the hard shoulder fortunately that part of the M6 had a wide grass verge but it was a bit brown trousers for a while as we skidded to a halt.
