That should be their motivation.
Like when slebs do charity things for free. I'm not suggesting they shouldn't be paid, but they should be doing it for less than the market rate because they want to help the charity.
Of course this will never happen, as people are scum.

But rather that I was aware that larger charities operate far more like profit-making companies than what might be perceived as making money for charity.
CEO bonuses and expensive "research trips" abroad withstanding.
