Anyone ever claimed PPI from HSBC?
I have just started my claim for a loan that started 10 years ago...

I have had a letter today from them stating that they will not prgress my claim because they think my signature has changed (yeah ten years) and my address (again ten years) any success?

Totes had over a grand out of them a year ago.
And my signature changes from month to month.
