I was going to give that 5:2 thing a try.
Does it work?

Alt: Deffo a night owl but in the last 6 weeks I have got used to going bed at 10pm during the week and it makes a massive difference in the morning.

You'll lose weight, but then pile it back that instant you stop.
Try cutting down the smokes, pills and booze, troughing less and doing more.

Smokes are down to about 5 a day. Pills, if only.
And the booze is a work in progress although I have pretty much jacked in lunchtime drinking and am going home 3 nights a week without apres work drinking.

Because of all this I am eating more.

I have a load of fruit this week to see if I can replace fags with 5-a-day fruit and veg.
