these aren't really fake sausages, they are just nommy cheese shaped like a sausage. more a croquette really.not like those dreadful linda McCartney things, which I wouldn't feed to dozer's hamster

Decent spanish croquette are ace. You've reminded me I haven't had tapas for yonks. I now need to rectify this; baby squid cooked in their own ink FTW.
