I can't really remember but everyone in the world blacked out for 2 mins at the same time and they all* had a vision of what they would be doing exactly 21 years 6 months something hours and seconds away, I'll read it but I don't think it will be the best.

people would have forgotten by then. Timequake by Kurt Vonnegut is almost certainly better (i just is, Vonnegut is amazing). Everyone just goes back and lives the last 10 years the same as they did before, no free will, no differing choices. It all goes to shit when they get free will again
