I don't mind action stuff, Andy McNabb is an excellent author, as is Chris Ryan. Well plotted, and well written.I made the 'sarky'comment because I know dozer can be a bit snobby about literature. And whiskEEEEEEy ;)

Andy McNab and Chris Ryan is what got me into reading-for-pleasure as a teenager.I haven't read them in many years, but they're the authors who first got me into enjoying books.
