My own experience (for what it's worth; anecdotal evidence is worth very little) is that whenit comes to serious conditions they get it consistently wrong to the extent that the the problem is exacerbated.

It's like giving an OPS transfer to a mortgage case checker.

Or fuck off to somewhere where you don't get free care, cradle to birth. The nhs ain't perfect, but it does a fucking good job and I'm proud to be a part of it.

After qualifying, I volunteered for MSF.
