work for another 9 hours, go home, got to sleep. repeat thursday and friday, but only half a day on saturday so im ecstatic about that

I have to tell some prick that he's being a knob
He begrudges paying advice fees and has made a spurious complaint, expecting a refund of all fees. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the advice he received, he's always been a dick about having to pay.

I have clients like this
If they spend a lot, I put up with it. If not, sorry but new firm policy, all moneys to be paid upfront on account plus vat, ta.
