I've resolved to exercise more and drink less as my self-disgust levels, ably backed up by the scales and various mirrors, have reached their limit break. Yeah, THAT bad

I managed 51.34 the last time I did it. Still, its the start of this years great north run training. I'm planning on 2 10ks a week to start with to get my core fitness back up again

i have 3 weeks of being hardcore, give or take the odd wedding and then i have signed up with a nutritionist to start mid-may. hoping to learn a bit, but mostly it's about the incentive of having a friend doing it with me and someone to weigh/measure me every week
