There's only one tube involved in 'ear popping'
That's the Eustachian tube from the middle ear to the throat. If the pressure is higher outside the middle ear than within it, the Eustachian tube allows air from the throat to equalise the pressure on the eardrum. If the pressure is lower, the opposite applies.
