My chives are about to flower, the books says to pinch them off to encourage new growth, I I like the flowers so may leave them be.

Chive flowers are prettyMy garlic chives have gone wild in the garden, they're everywhere! I only wish my black chilli plant had overwintered better - I'll still get some off it but not as many as I'd hoped.

Four 9-hour shifts one weekFollowed by three nine-hour shifts and one ten-hour shift the next week. That would still average out at 37.5 hours/week. I'd happily give up half of my lunch break to be home earlier, also, I'd like the opportunity to do flexitime.
Unfortunately I have to actually travel to see customers so that's not going to happen any time soon.

It's as much of a shock to me when they actually do want to see me.I'd much rather they just signed the big cheques and fucked off. Unfortunately they seen to want 'service' and 'technical backup' and 'faith in the competence of their chosen reseller' before they'll part with £200k+. Some people are just picky I guess.

It won't, it will be one of a myriad of tubes that could either be blocked, but more than likely is merely inflamed and will clear of its own accord.This process can take up to a week. HOPE THIS HELPS.

There's only one tube involved in 'ear popping'That's the Eustachian tube from the middle ear to the throat. If the pressure is higher outside the middle ear than within it, the Eustachian tube allows air from the throat to equalise the pressure on the eardrum. If the pressure is lower, the opposite applies.
