What pisses me off, is that this person I'm waiting on was sent the original request.She then said "you need to request this from IT", knowing full well we have to go to her to get the bloody details. Why the fuck couldn't she just email them straight down to us?

This fucks me off.I get an email with a problem, and respond about 10 minutes later after having a look, looking for more info.
Invariably I hear nothing back for a fortnight where they're asking me what's happening with it.
