I managed to set up my router to replace my home hub last night
A fair amount of swearing as involved, but it is now working and is a lot better than the home hub.

I don't know whether I've mentioned this before or not
but BT are unhelpful, incompetent cunts. I'd take a D-Link or Netgear router over one of their jobs any day of the week.

I've got a TP-Link one.
I'm pretty sure when I bought it, I spent about £70, but you can now get them for £30.
