The head of our IT department also happens to be our MD. He's the laziest cunt in the world, we assign a level of priority to jobs and in turn he spends all day being a prick on twitter and Facebook, chatting on golf forums and gaining incredible amounts of weight.
He's currently two years behind on his workload, refuses to let anyone else in IT deal with the system development and is in complete denial over his ineptitude.
