I just did some IT support. Because obviously a man in a uniform crawling on the floor is IT.
He had an orange flashing lights on his computer, and it wouldn't turn on, so I changed the cable, Googled the problem, told him what Google told me, and said he'd need to log a ticket. I think I might be a natural. Just need to be a bit fatter and sweatier

Yeah, I kinda do the IT for our office, otherwise they get charged for a call out guy who knows the square root of fuck all anyway.(

I'm so glad we use off-site contractors for our IT supportYesterday, after having failed to resolve my problem remotely, one of them came in here to fix it.
Phewee, did he smell bad!
I had to go home early.
