Anyway got up at 8am, cleaned up some cat sick and what do I see on the telly.

The Highland games....lots of rather large and handsome men in kilts chucking things about and being generally macho.

Well it's cheered me up this morning, I can tell you.

I'm off to the gym now so ...... Woo for me!

still not got dressed. Have managed at least to put on laundry, and am thinking about tuning in bbc radio and having a bath! Still thinking about baking cakes, but I rhink its too sunny! :)
