YouMy cab is sitting right outside buck palace right now. And that bloody fountain thing is FULL of water!!!! I KNEW I wasn't being a retard about that!

The Victoria and Angel Memorials are outside Buck Palace. Neither are fountains.

but they are full of waterwhich means that frolicking in them would have been perfectly possible, if frowned upon by the plod (even if i did mix them up with the bent horses at piccadilly).
