It was that line that really made me laugh.

Until now anyway. oneinthepink, that's just earned me a good few funny looks as I laughed lots of times, very loudly, in a very quiet, very open plan office.

surely
if you had loads of cake stuck in your mouth and throat you would attempt to claw some out with your hands in an effort to clear your airway, thus giving people a better chance of performing a successful Heimlich.
