I'm a bit funny in the head, I over think Haha
Hmmm, one Ha, it's like saying 'ok, BUT...etc'.
Haha, not sure if they find what I said funny but I guess it's a bit like Ha, only not so patronising
Hahah, they didn't finish off the final Ha, takes more effort than a Haha, I guess they thought it was alright.

I tend to go with
'Haha!' as a genuine laugh and
'HAHAHAHAHA GOOD ONE MATE!!!! LOL ETC' as subtle sarcasm
