I can't be arsed with all that just yet...trying to get the new pad to my Specs. is enough of a chore at the moment,

Been pooling favours...Over the last 20 years I have got work for lots of people in various trades......and dare I admit to it
Passing on insider information on various contracts before tender process starts...I think that in my opinion* I've added at least 20-25k on the value of the house I'm in...shame it's a rental

*My opinion is based on years of experience within the construction industry and project managing fast turners for maximum profit, so I'm quite confident on my call

It's best to keep in touch with ex colleagues, I still do with docs, for when the pub dream comes crashing down, and I have to go crawling back to the world of sick notes, and bum fingering.
