Hss to be haddock.Cod is lacking in taste making it more suitable for dishes such as bacalao rather than being eaten relatively unseasoned.

I always forget to get haddock instead of cod at the chippy, it just doesn't roll off the tounge.I'm indifferent between the two, but know that Haddock is better for the world.
