It's whisky and sugar and angostura bitters.
Done properly takes about 10 minutes.

Do you?
I always ask to make my own because A. It takes forever and I don't want to take that much time off a bar man. And B. Most people can't fucking make one.

Nah, never heard of it before now, I may give it a try when I get back from the whisky freebie.

Gotta be bourbon.
Needs a twist of orange. Brown sugar. Look it up. It's the best drink ever.

Just have, cheers, I'll give that a bash. Dozer suggested having a whisky tasting to get punters in, any experience of them?

Never did one, but they're a good shout as far as I've heard.
Dunno how pushy you wanna be, but whenever I did wine tasting I negotiated for a cut of any sales on the night from whatever wine supplier we had in. Used to make a few quid in cash for me pocket off the books that way.

Think the idea is to pay a whidky expert to talk punters through various malts, then hopefully they buy some, I'll have a word with some tomorrow.

Ah, fair enough, I only ever did it through wine suppliers looking to flog wine by the case,
But add on a fancy menu and make some money.
