Ok, well firstly I don't think that counts as a camel toe and secondly why on earth do you think they would draw a character with a camel toe in a children's cartoon?(

because most 70s and 80s western cartoons were animated by teams based in japan and over there they seem to have no problem freely mixing sexual imagery and children(
