Is this ex of yours the mother of your daughter? If she is an annoying bitch, do you really want to go back to her? Being away from the current Mrs. does leave your mind open to wandering around. Maybe you're just using your remaining feelings for her as a cover for your fustratons of being away from the current Mrs.

Perhaps you should try and come up and see her more often. As for you thinking you're not good enough for her, remember, thinking this way will cause a negative feedback loop and cause you to act the way you percieve yourself. Put a stop to it. The next time you see her, make the effort to be the person you want to be - a person that's good enough. This will also help out with the way you see yourself.
