lots of stuff, ranging from good (singing) to competent (guitar & cello) to not very good really (bass) to who is strangling that cat?(saxophone).

Lots of guitar players tend to believe they can pick up the bass
because it has less strings and is therefore easier.

The downfall tends to be that they fail to recognise when to step back, and they also tend to lack a lot of rhythmic sensibility.
