just go down to the post room for a bit and sleep in one of those big mail delivery bags.
They're well comfy, and nobody in the post room does any work so they won't find you.

Buy a box of wine from the nearest offy/supermarket. Drink box of wine.

Blow up the bladder that had the wine in it.

Now you have a pillow to rest against the moving armrest in the disabled bogs.
