It's fairly common, I first read it in the River Cafe cook book, but it's been in a Nigella and a Jamie oliver book I think.Worth a try though, very rich.

also as well ... all recipes with nutmeg implicitly include a bit of knuckle flesh or finger nailsavoury goodness
