I once made a wicked dish, that was basicly- baked beans
- scrambled eggs
- saussages and bacon
- pasta
all mixed up.
It worked really well.

Would probably work pretty well without the pastaIf you wanted some carbohydrate I can recommend toast as a good accompaniment.
