I haven't watched the footage but obviously drunken racists are pricks and probably should get arrested and charged.Doubt prison is the answer, just a fine or community service or something.

The guy that pushed the black guy off the train is possibly guilty of a crime. Anyone who thinks someone saying "I'm a racist and I like it" should be a crime is a dangerous mental.
That kind of thing might get you ridiculed, banned from your favourite football club or even sacked, but not convicted of a crime.
