I spent the morning with the most dour and Yorkshire yorkshireman in all of Yorkshire.

What you want to do is, right, yeah, punch it.
It's at floor level, so if you kick it, your legs are already there, the action is a bit effortless so has little shock value.

However, if you punch it, repeatably, blow after blow, left right left right, you have to get down on one knee. It shows maliace.

I barely turned up at school, have next to no formal qualifications
Yet I can work all day in my dressing gown with the telly on, turn up when I like.... and pull in quite a bit above the 'national average'. And be disabled at the same time.
