there was case recently about a retaining wall, joint responsibilty for repair costs. perhaps Rache can rememeber what it was called.

it's usually a living nightmare working out who owns what and who is liable for what, if there is nothing express in the deeds(

one side we just agreed to go halves on it as the deeds had no markings, thinking the other neighbours would also be reasonable.(
