MBAM will sort it.I've never had it not sort out problems. Including one of those dodgy ransom ones that pretends to be the police and fines you for being a pervert that kept reinstalling itself on reboot.

Windows defender has caught 8 processes, Malwarebytes has currently got 19Should be ok within the hour.
