There's an interactive site that I want to look at that refuses to work in FF3 and will only open in IE once I've installed the macromedia plugin and activX control.
Is there a way of getting it to work in FF3 as I really don't like using IE if I don't have to.
I tried manual plug in and it thought about it and said no.
Edit: Another reason to hate vista, this site worked on the work computers and wont work on my laptop. FFS.
Please and thanks

does it come up with anything at all? Or just a blank page?

should be renamed "Windows Monthly Visitor". Windows 2000 FTW!
One thing you can do is install the IETab extension for Firefox. It lets you browse a page by pretending to be MSIE in a single tab. Only use this for websites you trust.

it only worked on the work computer for some reason. I've got it working very slowly in FF3.
Seriously considering downgrading back to XP as vista annoys me a lot

´downgrade´ to Windows 2000 (but this is probably not a good idea unless you´ve got an old machine).

It's a pretty new machine, so had no choice when insurance replaced it with vista.

My machine however is 8 years old and runs just fine under 2000. Now that I have a job, I think it´s about time I treated myself to a super-machine.
