And I fucking hate these knock-down-ginger ones who get you to pick the phone, then they hang up straight away, so you can preimum-rate call them back OR so they know you're a real number.(

'withheld' is actually just a flag to your phone telling it to ignore it.You can get boxes for landlines that don't.
