They're going to do the same as they did with BRClamp the budgets, set stupid targets, meddle it into the ground.
Then claim it's 'not fit for purpose' and could be done better by their mates in the private sector.

Budget-clamping, stupid targets and meddling were being reported in Private Eye on a regular basis even before the Tories lied their way back into power.
