My neighbour has a problem 15 year old who was stealing from her and taking the drugs. Also one of my cats kept stealing her pants off the washing line and taking them into our house.

I'd like to make it clear thatThe cat thing is absolutely true and is in no way an attempt to build up circumstantial evidence to defend against a conviction for stealing a 15 year old girls pants.
