HelloThe sun is shining, and I've been up since 10am - something of a record for me on a Sunday. And I've been shopping for tonight's dinner - roast chicken stuffed with garlic cloves and herbs; nestled in half a bottle of white whine, with sweet potatoes, carrots, curly kale and parsnips - all roasted as well*. Nom.
And I'm off out late this afternoon to watch Newcastle attempt to play football and drink beer, after getting Sweary Jr kitted out with a new winter coat and some football boots for school.
I feel so middle aged...
*Except for the curly kale - that would be silly.
