Hello Nerd World. JMG is on.
As it's Christmas, let's have some festive cheer to the point one of you reads this and completely handles the situation in an embarrassing manner, ranting and raving at JMG for being overly popular on your social hotspot.

I again hold the right to ignore some of the more shittier replies. No fat birds.
Baldmonkey for QOTW mod, etc.

morning
how's things?
(, Tue 23 Dec 2008, 11:04, Reply)
I'm well.
As expected, /talk wish to change the season into being one where I, JMG am worshipped.
I feel I'd make for a great cultural and spiritual leader.

JMG for mod, too.
I'm all for change.

what are your policies?
the people need to know
(, Tue 23 Dec 2008, 11:24, Reply)
No fat birds. Better schooling.
More fitness, less World of Warcraft.
More internet people outdoors talking to outside people.
Less moaning as a whole.
Better transport.
Football.
Taxes on the unfit.
Vimto.

interesting
and for the most part widely acceptable

not sure about the football aspect of it though

also, I've never tried Vimto, what's it like?
(, Tue 23 Dec 2008, 11:49, Reply)
More shittier?

Does QOTW need a new mod?

(, Tue 23 Dec 2008, 11:15, Reply)
Do the mods
even do anything?

(I know they edit some posts, sometimes. About once a year.)
(, Tue 23 Dec 2008, 11:17, Reply)
I'm not a fat bird
Online. Or offline for that matter.

Which is why I'm just popping by to see what's happening on this JMG thread.

Vimto
*pauses*

It's alright.

Oh QotW!
"QOTW admire as you have been noted for Going Outside,
Not Playing Warcraft, having a Stable Job and Friends.

They look up to you like you do your 18 year old cousin when you're 13, she can drive and buy you booze and she's cool, but you always want to annoy her and wind her up, as at 13 you can't do much.

QOTW are the spotty 13 year olds who just need a leader figure to be able to give them deodorant, kleenex for their internet tears, and maybe a treat of some Bacardi Breezers once in a while.

They need JMG.
"

Please forward your chubby complaints at the b3tan in question, not myself.

Question, JMG...
(, Tue 23 Dec 2008, 12:16, Reply)
You're STILL leaking?
It's been DAYS now. Poor you. Better corks needed?

As usual though, QOTW can and will sooth and calm you. We know you know this, deep inside.

Even the messiest decorators can seem ok if you can just get a hug. Sit down, relax, enjoy. I'll warm the hot water bottle.

JMG doesn't want to talk to me....
And I was going to be nice for a change.

He must be upset. Online.
(, Tue 23 Dec 2008, 12:52, Reply)
Yeah, me neither :-(
I think it's his, you know, "lady problems" getting him down. We should be nice to him for a bit when he comes back from the corner shop.

Anyway, how are you, Gloria? Bored at work on xmas eve eve too?

I found the BESTEST wrapping paper. It's black, with "I hate christmas" written all over :-D
(, Tue 23 Dec 2008, 13:07, Reply)
It's Christmas
So in the spirit of things I was hoping to engage Mr JMG in a bit of chitchat, but he doesn't want to play.

Shame. It could have been fun.

I'm good thank you. I'm off for a swim at lunchtime and then its office party time.
(, Tue 23 Dec 2008, 13:14, Reply)
It is a shame
Good will to all /talkers and all.

Party sounds fun. When I'm rich and famous with lots of people under me, I'm going to have the office party in office hours on the last day before the shutdown, AND everyone can come in in jeans. Yay. None of this after-work-curry business a few weeks before...

Have a nice swim and a raise a drink or three for the B3tards :-)
(, Tue 23 Dec 2008, 13:32, Reply)
Maybe if JMG won't talk to us
We should go to /talk and talk to him.

*fives*
(, Tue 23 Dec 2008, 14:45, Reply)
He wont talk to us there either
Maybe it's because we don't /talk to him.

Clearly he's a man of high intelligence, knowing not to rise to the bait in public. Shame. I think we had him converted for a second there. Almost got an actual opinion out of him.

How's that wine going down?
(, Tue 23 Dec 2008, 15:06, Reply)
Fine thank you (sips)
I had an excellent swim and am in party mode. I couldn't go without at least planting one on JMG.

It's a shame he's gone all shy. It's xmas, my motives are seasonally benign.
(, Tue 23 Dec 2008, 15:10, Reply)
Oh no...
Were you waving that mistletoe at him? But you *know* girls make him nervous.
(, Tue 23 Dec 2008, 15:20, Reply)
I think I agree.
I'll refrain from being unpleasant to JMG though. Maybe underneath all that third person tense bluster a shy guy is trying to make himself heard?
(, Tue 23 Dec 2008, 15:22, Reply)
Possibly several shy guys
Poor chap.

Let's raise a glass to our hero, and hope we can drag him out of his voluptuous shell.

Careful praise and encouragement, Gloria, that's what our boy needs.
(, Tue 23 Dec 2008, 15:34, Reply)
Thank you MrOli
I've gone on to /talk and tracked him down.

But he still doesn't want to talk to me :-(

Some of his nice friends do though :-)
